We are members of the “Charte Nustrale” established with the Tourist Office of Bonifacio, and we favour labelled or organic products, and our vegetable garden offers us vegetables, flowers, and herbs.

The gourmet restaurant, a veritable garden of delights, serves colourful cuisine, which is first and foremost a feast for the eyes, before charming the palate. A very beautiful ode to Corsican products.

Our sommelier will offer you a fine selection of Corsican wines as well as wines from the greatest wine regions of France, Pauillac, Saint Estèphe, Margaux, Côte de Nuits, Côtes de Beaune…
For champagnes, the greatest brands will accompany your aperitif or your dinner, Ayala, Bollinger, Ruinart, Krug…

After dinner you will taste some locally produced digestives, myrtle liqueur, chestnut liqueur…or eau de vie…well known to Corsican lovers.

THE CHARTER NUSTRALE

The “Local Product” charter is a network of actors who are involved in a process of promoting and developing the production and consumption of products grown and processed in Bonifacio.

The approach is intended to be eco-responsible and collaborative.
This network, supported by the ADEME and on the initiative of the commune of Bonifacio and its Municipal Tourist Office, brings together restaurateurs, hoteliers, producers, craftsmen, grocers, and fishermen who have signed up for the initiative.

Our natural vegetable gardens

Nathalie, our gardener, and florist, lovingly looks after the plants and herbs used for flowering and cooking. She works in our permaculture garden, which means that no fertiliser or harmful phytosanitary products are used.

The responsible practice of our gardener Bruno preserves a naturally harmonious and balanced environment: endemic plants and flowers are chosen to attract pollinating insects or repel parasites. Watering comes from our own wells.

The Jazzy Brunch

L’A Cheda opens its Jazzy Brunch, a delicious moment in music. Thanks to a multitude of colours and flavours, Lionel will take you on a journey with his subtle Asian and Italian dishes, the beautiful flavours of the south and those of Corsica.

This brunch is proposed every 2nd and 4th Sunday of the month, from 11am to 3pm, from June to September.

Lunch by the pool

For an original lunch by the pool, we offer grills, woks, bowls, veggies, and a whole range of Corsican cheeses or desserts: quality and seasonal products for a relaxing break. (only for hotel guests).

The lounge area for an aperitif at nightfall

In season, this cosy and refined place is a trendy place in the city. In the softness of the night, around an aperitif, we propose tapas platters or a Nustrale platter, a fine selection of local products.

Let our sommelier introduce you to a fine selection of cocktails, grands crus and excellent Corsican wines from our cellar. Take your time, let yourself be won over by this friendly atmosphere…

The Chef opens his kitchen for an evening

With our chef, Lionel, you will be able to go behind the scenes of our restaurant, pick herbs and flowers in the vegetable garden and follow the preparation of the dishes.
You will then have time to enjoy your dinner-tasting.

This original and privileged moment can be offered as a gift voucher.

Music and tapas for a typical evening

In season, during the summer, enjoy a tapas aperitif accompanied by Corsican singers. A varied programme for a musical moment under the stars, in the softness of the nightfall.
