We are founder members of the “Chartre Nustrale”,
a group of food purveyors established with the
Tourist Office of Bonifacio,
using only top quality local or organic produce including those grown in our own garden.

Our sommelier can guide you through our wine list that includes many famous Grands Crus and wines from prestigious Corsican vineyards.

Our natural vegetable gardens

Our florist/gardener Nathalie tends the plants and herbs used for floral display and cooking. She works in our permaculture garden, where no fertiliser or harmful phytosanitary products are used.

Head gardener Bruno preserves a naturally balanced environment using indigenous plants and flowers to attract pollinating insects or repel parasites. We use our own well water for the garden.

The Jazzy Brunch

Head chef Lionel invites you to enjoy a Jazzy Brunch, a musical feast of taste, colour and flavour in dishes from Corsica, Italy and the south mixed with those inspired by the subtlety of Asian cuisine.

Brunch available from 11am to 3pm, every 1st Sunday in the month from June to September.

Lunch by the pool

A wide range of choice including charcoal-grilled or Wok stir-fried fish/meat & vegetarian dishes and salads followed by Corsican cheeses and wonderful desserts: all created with quality seasonal produce.

An evening with the Chef

Go backstage with Lionel: pick herbs, flowers & other essential ingredients from our garden and learn how to prepare some of his signature dishes, with time then to savour your own gourmet creations.

Music and tapas evening

During the summer season enjoy a sunset tapas aperitif accompanied by Corsican singers. We offer a varied programme of this island’s haunting music, set under the stars on soft summer nights.
